Mr. Justin Knowlton is an Advisor at Knowlton Advisors. In this capacity, Justin provides support for surface transportation and logistics.

Justin graduated magna cum laude from York College of Pennsylvania, receiving a B.S. in International Business in the Fall of 2002. Justin then followed by earning a M.B.A from York in 2004, maintaining a 4.0 GPA while starting his career with the York County Transportation Authority.

Justin served in various roles at the York County Transportation Authority from 2003 through 2007. As Project Manager, he was responsible for the implementation of a Park and Ride and the development of a multi-county fixed route. As Mobility Coordinator, Justin was responsible for the NEMT service, ADA service, and all other specialty transportation services. His final role at York County Transportation Authority was as the Interim General Manger of Adams County Transit, where Justin was responsible for the day to day operation of the authority.

Justin then accepted an opportunity as Production Manager for ExcelleRx in 2007. There Justin was responsible for a team of 25 Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Assistants that distributed daily up to 3,700 orders across the nation. In 2011, Justin became Distribution Logistics Manager at CareKinesis, where he currently serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain and Remote Systems. In this capacity, Justin oversees the shipping department, courier networks, and remote systems to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications to patients.
